NEEDED: Registered Nurse - Lead

LOCATION: 9000 Blue Mound Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76131

OPERATIONAL HOURS: 24 hours a day, five (5) days a week (Mon-Fri), weekends on an as needed basis, weekend coverage may be required for day, evening, and midnight shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have successfully earned a graduate or Baccalaureate degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Be licensed to practice in Fort Worth, Texas.
• Must be certified as a Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC), retraining every 5 years. This certification allows the lead nurse to review audiograms, determine work relatedness of hearing loss, follow up work related hearing loss, and manage audiometric databases.
• Must take National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health Spirometry training program (16 hours every 5 years). This training allows the lead nurse to review and interpret spirometr...
