Summary The Registered Nurse - NURSE INPATIENT CLINICAL COORDINATOR is responsible and accountable for the coordination of care for culturally diverse nursing staff and the veteran population. Assumes accountability for patient care outcomes related to nursing care provisions and demonstrates the ability to perform, teach, delegate, and supervise nursing procedures with safety and competence. The incumbent will work at our HERSHEL WOODY WILLIAMS VAMC located in Huntington, West Virginia. Responsibilities The Inpatient Clinical Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN) delivers fundamental knowledge-based care to assigned clients while developing technical skills. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care based on age-specific components.
