Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse (Infusion) provides specialized nursing care to patients receiving intravenous (IV) therapies, including infusions, injections, blood products, and biologic agents. The RN ensures safe administration of medications, monitors patients for adverse reactions, and delivers compassionate care in accordance with established clinical and safety standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and patient education skills.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister IV infusions, injections, and other parenteral therapies as prescribed by the provider.Monitor patients during and after infusions for side effects or adverse reactions, and respond promptly to emergencies.Assess venous access sites and perform venipuncture or access implanted ports using aseptic technique.Educate patients and families about infusion procedures, medications, and self-care following treatment.Maintain accura...
