Become a key player at Trillium Health Partners as a Registered Nurse in Complex Continuing Care at Queensway Health Center. Deliver critical, patient-centered care during 12-hour day and night shifts.
This full-time role is essential for maintaining the high standards of care in our 39-bed post-acute unit. You will need advanced critical thinking and excellent interprofessional skills to cater to a medically complex continuing care patient population.
