Registered Nurse ICU Qualified
Position: Registered Nurse – ICU Qualified at Life Entabeni Hospital (ICU). Report to Unit Manager.
Overview: Provide holistic and optimal quality nursing care to critically ill patients in order to maximize positive outcomes for the customer in line with Company & Hospital strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities Provide quality basic and specialized nursing care. Maintain continual communication with the patient and family regarding the patient's condition. Administer medication in accordance with ethical and legal framework. Review and comply with internal policies and protocols. Ensure quality management systems and initiatives are conducted according to the unit specification. Advocate the patient, motivating acuity to case management and notifying the doctor of any limitations. Interact and communicate with a multidisciplinary team.
