Your Opportunity:

Home Care Case Manager provide service to clients in the lodges & their homes in Spirit River & surrounding area. This position is currently assigned to lodges and community. Experience in seniors’ health and Rai training is an asset. Candidate must be willing to change assignment as needed to service lodge and community clients. You must be willing to work alone and/or with limited supervision. You must be willing to work days/weekends/stats/on call and both short and long shifts. We are looking for a candidate who has a positive approach both with clients and peers. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a RemoteRetention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.
