Your Opportunity:

Home Care Case Manager provides services to clients in the lodges & their homes in Spirit River & surrounding area. This position is currently assigned to lodges and community. Experience in seniors’ health and RAI training is an asset. Candidate must be willing to change assignment as needed to service lodge and community clients. You must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving in all weather/road conditions. You must have a reliable vehicle with business insurance for work purposes. You must be willing to work alone and/or with limited supervision. You must be willing to work days/evenings/weekends/stats/on call and both short and long shifts. We are looking for a candidate who has a positive approach both with clients and peers. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000.
