We are looking for a permanent registered nurse for the Koisoniitty Service Centre.

Koisoniitty Service Centre operates according to the Housing First model and consists of two service entities: 24-hour assisted living and community living. The goal of Koisoniitty Service Centre is to reduce and prevent homelessness and prevent the prolongation and recurrence of homelessness. Our client work is framed by a recovery orientation, emphasizing inclusion, the person's resources, hope, and meaningfulness, as well as supporting the client's own goals.

Residents are guided, supported, and advised according to their own needs and a jointly drawn-up plan. The nurse is responsible for the implementation of medication therapy in the unit.
