About the Position

We are looking for a substitute registered nurse for the Wellbeing Services County of Ostrobothnia, with an initial placement at Discharge Support in Vaasa. The work begins on August 10, 2026, and ends on May 31, 2027.

Discharge Support Overview

Discharge support involves rehabilitative care provided at the patient's home after a hospital stay. The goal is for the patient to recover and regain strength to continue independent living despite illness. The team includes practical nurses, registered nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. Medical support is also available to the team.
