- Administer emergency nursing care to patients, including assessments, treatments, and ongoing monitoring.
- Perform advanced clinical procedures such as ultrasound-guided IV insertions, EKGs, chest tube management, and central line setup.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and mid-level providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately in Meditech and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
- Respond to trauma and critical patients promptly, providing life-saving interventions.
