Job Summary:
Travel - RN - CVOR (703) supports cardiovascular surgical cases in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The role provides direct perioperative nursing care with a strong focus on patient safety, teamwork, and effective communication with surgical staff and providers.

Travel - RN - CVOR (703) supports cardiovascular surgical cases in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The role provides direct perioperative nursing care with a strong focus on patient safety, teamwork, and effective communication with surgical staff and providers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the CVOR environment for open cardiovascular procedures.
- Assist with perioperative patient assessment, documentation, and care coordination.
- Support sterile technique and circulate/assist as needed during procedures.
- Manage patient care priorities and collaborate to maintain 1:1 workflow requirements.
- Document clinical activities accurately using Meditech/CPN as required.
- Communicate clearly with surgeons, anesthesia, and the care team to ensure continuity of care.
- Hold an active Kansas RN license.
