Coronation Hospital and Care Centre (located in Coronation, Alberta) offers an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work as a team lead within a multidisciplinary team in the combined Acute Care and Emergency Department. You will provide client and family focused care, employ critical thinking to plan, assess, implement and evaluate client‑centered care, and demonstrate strong communication skills to develop and maintain interpersonal relationships. You will work independently, providing continuity, leadership, direction, supervision, mentoring, constructive feedback, and client care coordination to other professionals and unregulated staff. Charge Nurse and leadership training is an asset, and additional training and professional development opportunities are available.
