We have an exciting opportunity with Nurse Maude for a Registered Nurse Coordinator to step into a key leadership role within their Care Home in Christchurch. This is a hands‑on leadership position where you will coordinate daily clinical operations, support your team, and ensure residents receive safe, high‑quality care.

About the role

You’ll play a central role in leading the shift‑to‑shift delivery of care across your unit, working closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager and wider leadership team.

• Leading day‑to‑day clinical operations and care coordination
• Supporting and guiding nursing and care staff
• Managing rosters and staffing allocation
• Overseeing admissions, discharges, and resident flow
