Summary The Registered Nurse- Cancer Care Navigator position is located at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS), Murfreesboro, TN campus in the Women's Health Program under the Chief of Staff office. Responsibilities The Nurse Cancer Care Navigator Registered Nurse (RN) executes position responsibilities that demonstrate expert leadership, experience, and creative approaches in providing complex patient management. Provides patient management, care coordination, and disposition planning for cancer patients.
