Full-Time Registered Nurse - Duties and Responsibilities

Shall devote the whole of the time, attention, and skill to perform the duties of the position faithfully and diligently. They are open to hire Seniors who are aged 50 and above. Please note that this position does not offer work visa sponsorship.

In general, the duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Perform nursing assessments of Dementia Clients during admission.
• Involved in developing Individualised Care Plan for dementia clients with other care team members.
• Involved in multidisciplinary case discussion with the other care team members.
• Conduct education and training for the dementia client's caregiver as provides support as required.
• Conduct in-service training sessions for the staff and volunteers.
