Responsibilities: Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) provides and documents professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work.
