+ **Schedule:**
+ 6:40 AM – 7:10 PM
+ Rotating schedule
+ Every 4th weekend rotation
+ **Role Overview:**
+ Provide hospital-wide leadership and operational oversight
+ Support staffing, patient flow, and daily hospital operations
+ Partner with nursing, providers, RT, and ancillary teams
+ **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ BSN required or willingness to obtain
+ Prior leadership experience (Charge RN or Relief Charge RN)
+ Ability to lead effectively in high-pressure situations
+ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
+ Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
+ Flexibility to adapt to dynamic operational needs
