Overview of the role
Provides outstanding primary care nursing services for marginalized clients who may have severe and persistent mental illness, across the lifespan. The position is community‑based.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full scope of nursing services as a member of a clinical team for all clients.
- Function within the Mission United hub model in all daily encounters.
- Complete triage assessments.
- Perform comprehensive mental health assessments.
