We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary care team at our skilled nursing and long-term care facility. In this role, you'll play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through nutrition planning, assessment, and education.

What You'll Do:

• Complete nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents

• Monitor and document residents’ nutritional status and adjust plans as needed

• Collaborate with nursing, dietary, and medical staff to ensure comprehensive care
