Registered Children’s Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a children’s home in Tamworth. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential childcare and a passion for providing high-quality care and support to young people.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience
• OFSTED Experience
• Level 5 in Leadership & management or equivalent
• Full UK Driving licence
• Clear DBS

Duties

• To manage the day to day operations
• To safeguard and promote the welfare and development of all our young people.
• To ensure that all young people’s needs are being met and recognise changes in behaviour that may include updating young people’s individual risk assessments/care plans.
