At TERI's Learning Academy, we're not just teaching- we're helping students build the functional life skills they need to thrive beyond the classroom. We're looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a difference for students with moderate to severe behavioral needs in a supportive, school-based setting.
As a classroom aide in our nonpublic school in Oceanside, CA, you'll work closely with educators and therapists to help students reach their individual goals- academically, socially, and behaviorally. Here, you'll experience the consistency of a Monday-Friday schedule (8:45am - 3:45pm) with no nights, no weekends, and no travel between sites.
