Job Overview:

As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients develop essential life skills and improve their overall quality of life.
