Registered Behavior Technician

Soliant is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician for a school located near Newark, Delaware. The RBT will provide services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to implement behavior intervention plans, support academic engagement, and promote positive student outcomes. The RBT will also be supporting student(s) in accessing their educational program in alignment with their Individualized Education Program (IEP).

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by the supervising BCBA
• Provide direct 1:1 support to students with behavioral or developmental needs
• Collect accurate data on student behavior and progress toward goals
• Assist in developing and reinforcing academic, social, and daily living skills
• Support classroom teachers in maintaining a structured, positive learning environment
