The RBT at Elite Spectrum ABA is entrusted with a great deal of responsibility for the care of their patients. They must work within the guidance and oversight of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or RBT Supervisor, to deliver behavior analysis services and techniques to the best of their abilities. It is essential that they work closely with these supervisors to ensure exceptional and optimal patient safety.
