The Regional Unique Asset Leader is a senior leadership role within the Unique Asset Group responsible for overseeing a team of Unique Asset Managers and Associates managing complex and specialized assets, including real estate and tangible personal property . This role drives operational excellence, ensures regulatory and risk compliance, and fosters the development of high-performing teams. The leader partners directly with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver strong outcomes, while maintaining deep expertise in unique asset management, regulatory requirements, real estate law, and industry best practices.
