Compensation

* Average annual salary is $95,000 to $100,000+ per year, which includes:

* Activity based pay: mileage, per diem, stop pay, etc.
* Speed/safety bonus per mile
* Monthly profit-sharing bonus
* Average 2300 miles/week
* Hourly PTO pay based on tenure, $35-$50/hour
* Typical work week is 50-55 hours per week
* Bi-weekly paychecks
