Regional Supervisor

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly driven, system-oriented and customer-centric Regional Operations Supervisor to oversee branch performance and client service delivery within assigned regions.

This role acts as the operations control tower and customer care lead for the region, ensuring:

Zero backlog

TAT compliance

Real-time visibility of all reports

Seamless coordination between branches, QC, valuers, marketers and customer care

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Regional Operations Monitoring

Provide real-time oversight of:

Number of reports received per branch

Reports approved at:

Branch level

Regional QC level

Reports pending and reasons for delay

Ensure all reports move from instruction → inspection → approval → dispatch without bottlenec...
