Summary/Objective
The Regional Studio Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing performance across multiple studios, including member acquisition, retention, team development, and achievement of sales and operational goals for at least two locations. This role is accountable for hiring, onboarding, coaching, and supervising studio teams while driving consistent execution of brand standards and business objectives. The Regional Studio Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and ensuring best-in-class member experience across all assigned studios.
