Salary Range: £35,000 – £38,000

The Role

As Regional Studio Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day performance and development of the club Studio Management team, ensuring smooth operations and consistently high service standards as the primary point of escalation. You will also play a key role in the ongoing development of the studio product, driving timetable performance, instructor quality, and operational standards across the group.

Performance & Revenue

• Drive studio performance across all clubs, ensuring class occupancy, utilisation, and revenue targets are consistently achieved.
• Support the delivery of studio KPIs through strong operational management and data‑led decision making.
• Work closely with club and regional teams to maximise member engagement, retention, and studio growth.
