Regional Service Executive (Citizen only)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for monitoring the quality of service execution and process compliance within the region, identifying and reporting service quality issues, following up on major product quality issues, and other anomalies.
2. Responsible for organizing system problem/feedback collection and supervising system optimization implementation.
3. Responsible for coordinating service resources, identifying abnormal situations such as insufficient and illegal use of service resources, and coordinating resources across departments.
4. Communicating and coordinate with China counterparts.
5. Other key tasks assigned by the superiors from time to time
