Regional SENCO Manager

Here at People Plus, we are looking for an outstanding SENCO lead to join our regional SENCO team covering prison sites across London. The successful candidate will be strategically responsible for overseeing and assuring the quality of additional learning needs provision across the London Education teams. They will provide regional oversight as well as providing expert advice and guidance to specific Education sites for complex SEND prisoners. They must be knowledgeable of, and committed to, promoting inclusive practice, driving improvement and have a proven track of improving SEND learner outcomes. The successful candidate will have or be working towards the NPQ SENCO qualification or hold the NASENCO qualification.
