BYD, a global leader in new energy vehicles and innovation, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to support our commercial strategy and drive sustainable, profitable growth in Mexico.What you’ll do:- Support and follow up the national commercial strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
- Manage and motivate direct and indirect sales teams (including dealers).
- Develop and strengthen the dealer network and key strategic partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Track and optimize KPIs, sales performance, and commercial ROI.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and sales to deliver a premium customer experience.What we’re looking for:- 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales operation in a corporate environment. Other industries or higher experience than mentioned will be not considered.
- Strong background in new vehicle retail operations.
- Proven skills in network development and negotiation.
