We are hiring! | Sales Manager (HVAC) – Portugal

BAUF is a European brand focused on high-quality climate control solutions, including air conditioning and heat pump systems for residential and commercial use.

As part of our expansion in Portugal, we are opening a new distribution center and are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (HVAC) to develop and manage a network of installers in the Lisbon area.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop a strong network of HVAC installers across Portugal
• Identify and onboard new installation partners
• Maintain long-term relationships with installers and provide ongoing support
• Present and promote BAUF products and solutions to installers
• Support partners with product knowledge and commercial conditions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Profile

• Proven experience working with HVAC installers in Portugal
