Institutional Outreach & Partnerships

• Identify, approach, and sign MoU agreements with engineering colleges, BCA/BSc colleges, polytechnics, and arts & science colleges within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with Principals, HODs, Training & Placement Officers, and Career Development Cell (CDC) coordinators.
• Onboard small computer training institutes as Rooman hybrid delivery partners.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and demo sessions on topics such as AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital Skills.
• Represent Rooman at education fairs, college events, and institutional meetings.

Student Enrollment & Revenue

• Drive student enrollments through institutional channels and achieve monthly targets.
• Coordinate with college partners for batch scheduling, student communication, and course delivery support.
