Regional Sales Manager for GTA

YOUR CHALLENGESThe Regional Manager is responsible for the strategic, operational, and commercial leadership of the GTA Region. This role aims to ensure profitable growth, operational excellence, and team engagement.
The Regional Manager is also the key driver of SPI culture in the region, ensuring alignment with company values and practices.
This role requires the successful candidate to reside in Brampton, Mississauga, or the surrounding areas. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute the overall strategy for the company and region;
Set sales targets for branches and areas and promotes the 360 offer;
Drive regional growth by opening new accounts and generating branch traffic;
Oversee daily operations and ensure the quality of services and deliverables;
