**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**What You’ll Do**
+ Lead and manage up to **7 District Managers** and their field sales teams.
+ Own regional performance and **crush monthly and quarterly sales targets** .
+ Drive execution across Bell-style residential products (internet, TV, mobility).
+ Spend **70–75% of your time in the field** , coaching, riding, and holding teams accountable.
+ Build and execute territory strategies to maximize penetration and conversion.
+ Track performance metrics, identify gaps, and take fast corrective action.
