Regional Sales Manager

Job Description :

Responsible for OTC Channel, Mekong Delta territory.

• Draw up and implement business development plans & strategies for assigned product ranges
• Lead sales representative team in conducting group presentations & supporting marketing team in launching other promotion activities.
• Train and develop sales team & observe the team’s performance.
• Define potential territories, develop & maintain customer network & relationship.

• At least 1 year experience in the same position / 3 or 5 years as ASM in Pharmaceutical channel in Pharmacy Local Company
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical/ Pharmaceutical/ Economic
• Fluent in English.
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Willing to travel frequently
