Role Description:
- Build and establish strong relationship with Regional Head, Regional Deputy, Area Manager & Branch Manager
- Supervise, monitor and lead sales activities for Sharia Sales Team (Area Sales Manager, Financial Sales Consultant) on day-to-day basis to achieve sales target
- Sales initiative, sales process improvement, and new business opportunities.
- Placement in Surabaya.
