The Sales Director will lead commercial expansion across Government Healthcare and Energy sectors in the GCC region. This executive role is responsible for shaping strategic go-to-market initiatives driving enterprise partnerships and managing full sales cycles for complex digital transformation and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Growth- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting Government agencies healthcare systems and energy enterprises across UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification and proposal development to contract closure and revenue realization.
- Drive new logo acquisition while expanding strategic existing accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing product and solutions teams to refine sector-specific value propositions.
- Achieve and exceed revenue pipeline and growth targets.
