Regional Sales Associate

Position Overview

C&M Forwarding is seeking an entry-level Regional Sales Associate to support our LTL transportation and warehousing operations, while developing into a future outside sales professional. This role is designed for individuals who want to learn logistics from the ground up-combining customer service, inside sales support, and hands-on operational exposure.

You will work closely with operations, warehouse leadership, and veteran sales representatives, gaining real-world experience across transportation and warehousing. As skills and confidence grow, so does customer ownership, decision-making authority, and autonomy.
