Regional RME Manager

Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering (RME) is hiring a Regional RME Manager to lead and oversee RME operations across multiple sites across Mexico. This is a leadership role in the country, responsible for driving a safety culture, equipment reliability, and operational excellence across our busiest buildings.

We are looking for a strategic, hands‑on leader who can operate independently across geographically dispersed sites, influence senior stakeholders across RME, Operations, and cross‑functional teams, and deliver results in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with clarity, and raises the bar on standards — from safety and reliability to people development and financial governance.
