Regional Quality Management Systems Leader (El Salto)

We are looking for a Regional Quality Management Systems Leader to join Molex's Datacom & Specialty Solutions (DSS) division. This role will lead the development, optimization, and execution of Quality Management Systems across our North America design centers and manufacturing sites. You'll be a key driver of continuous improvement, audit readiness, and digital transformation in quality systems.

You will be part of the DSS Global Quality team, collaborating closely with design centers, manufacturing plants, and Molex's Integral QMS team. This team is focused on delivering best-in-class quality systems that support innovation, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
