Job Summary

The Regional Property Manager (RPM) is an intermediary between senior management and on-site Community Managers and staff. As such, the RPM is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties in a multi-state region.

The RPM is responsible for evaluating staffing needs, hiring and terminating staff, and ensuring the property is performing up to company standards (including unit turns, routine maintenance, leasing, occupancy, etc.). In addition, the RPM will take a lead role in the development of budgets and ensuring properties operate within the set budgets.

Essential Functions

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties in a multi-state region.
