Regional Programmes Manager

Power for the People (PFP) is seeking an experienced and values-driven Regional Programmes Manager to oversee our growing portfolio of community-based programmes across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring quality, accountability, and learning across all projects, while strengthening systems, staff capability, and operational excellence. Based in Kenya, the postholder will report to the CEO (UK) and be part of PFP's Senior Management Team, providing leadership for programme delivery, compliance, and impact across East Africa.
