Regional Programme Lead - Multi-Council Reform

Taituarā is seeking a Programme Manager to lead a significant resource management reform across Northland, working collaboratively with four councils. This is a full-time, 2-year fixed-term position within a supportive, strategic environment where you will drive the transition to a new planning framework.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in complex programmes, a relevant tertiary qualification, and strong relationship-building skills. Your role will be critical in navigating legislative changes and ensuring effective governance and stakeholder engagement.
