Connective is seeking a strategic and relationship-focused Regional Director to lead operations and growth across Northern BC. This executive leadership role combines strategic planning, community engagement, government relations, Indigenous partnership development, operational oversight, and business development.

The successful candidate will serve as Connective's senior representative in the region, building strong relationships with government funders, Indigenous communities, community organizations, and other key stakeholders while ensuring high-quality service delivery across a diverse portfolio of social service programs.
