Regional Process Engineer

Role Purpose

Job is with OCS Division Engineering APAC Regional Engineering based in Asia to support all Optical Commercial Solutions (OCS) plants. Project assignment may involve travel percentage from 25~50% between Taiwan, China, North America. Building strong process technical linkage with Division Engineering groups in North America, and Europe responsible for implement process improvement and new production introduction.

Key Responsibilities

● Implement OCS CSC program to ensure processes which run to global standard and execute process optimization and improvement with Plant Engineering and OCS Division Process Engineering (T2 Engineer).
● Follow Innovation Process Platform (IPP) to execute new production introduction 
- Engage new product development on mass production process optimization with OCS Technology Engineering (TE) and optimize process for mass production.
