Regional Operations Manager (Express/Courier)

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Operations Manager to lead our courier and parcel delivery network across the region. The incumbent will drive operational efficiency, ensure strict adherence to service SLAs, manage P&L, and develop a high-performing team of depot managers.

• Operations & Service Delivery
  • Oversee daily sorting, line‑haul, and last‑mile delivery operations across multiple depots.
  • Ensure delivery rates meet or exceed corporate targets.
  • Optimize routing and fleet utilisation to reduce fuel costs and carbon footprint.
• Team Leadership & Safety
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Depot Managers and Supervisors.
