We are looking for a Regional Operations Director to join our leadership team, reporting to the Regional Managing Director and playing a critical role in delivering our growth ambitions.

About the Role

This is a key regional leadership position, operating as the principal support to the Regional Managing Director (RMD) and playing a central role in driving the overall operational performance of the business.

The Operations Director works alongside the RMD to coordinate and accelerate delivery across the region, partnering closely with all functional directors, including; Sales, Construction, Land, Commercial, Technical, Customer and Finance, who report directly to the RMD.
