Regional mold repair & tooling specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Mold Repair & Tooling Specialist to support plastic injection molding operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for mold troubleshooting, repair coordination, preventive maintenance, tooling improvements, and technical support to ensure optimal mold performance, product quality, and production efficiency.

This Position is Based in SLP, Mexico and will travel 50% of the time to US/Brazil.

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands‑on experience with injection mold tooling, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams throughout the region.
